July 20, 2007	The thirteen-member bench of the Supreme Court has set aside the Presidential reference against the Chief Justice of Pakistan, Mr. Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry, and declared invalid the presidential action sending the Chief Justice on forced leave.
